General Return Information

Ganja Outpost is committed to providing quality customer service. Our primary concern is to make you, our customer, as happy and satisfied with your order as possible. In order to do so, we begin by making high quality products that we believe in and that we are passionate about standing behind.

Next, we use only high quality shipping materials to ensure to the best of our ability that you will receive your products in a timely and safe manner. We realize that from time to time situations outside the influence of our control may occur with the shipping of goods. We understand that as a customer you expect the products that you ordered to be in mint condition and we wouldn’t expect anything less ourselves.

For this reason, Ganja Outpost has put in place a return policy that allows our customers to be fully satisfied with our products and service. We do not provide refunds of any kind. Sales are final once the transaction is completed. We will of course return and re-ship any product that is damaged in the course of delivery to you, our valued customer. There are a few small stipulations that we ask of you, the customer, before we can send out a new shipment of your products in the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied with the products that you order from us due to shipping errors. Please consider the following closely before contacting us.

  • Garments/Apparel must be unwashed and unworn.
  • Garments/Apparel must be in the original condition that the customer received them.
  • Garments/Apparel must be returned within 15 days of delivery date.
  • Merchandise that was ordered incorrectly by the customer cannot be returned.
  • Customers must pay additional shipping and handling charges.

If you understand the following terms and wish to proceed with a return of a product, please complete the following steps.

  1. Contact Ganja Outpost here or at info@ganjaoutpost.com and tell us the challenge you are experiencing.
  2. Ship the damaged goods back to us at Ganja Outpost. We will provide you with an address for return of the damaged goods.
  3. New goods will be shipped to you as timely as is possible.

Art Reproduction Return Policies

Our Fine Art Reproductions are custom order products that are created to the specifications of our valued customers.

Each piece is custom print according to choices for sizing, paper or canvas type and finishing specifications including rolled or stretched framed art.

Due to the fact that Fine Art Reproductions are custom order only, we currently do not accept returns on fine art purchases.

We are happy to replace any artwork that is damaged in the process of shipping. In order to start the refund or replacement process for damaged art, please contact us today and a member of our team will be in touch with you shortly.
